We gujaratis eat 'muthiya' which is a steamed dumplings like stuff made up with calabash or bottle gourd (Dudhi or lauki). Dudhi is very nutritious vegetable. Ingrdients: 1 lemon 1 teasppn sesame seeds 1 teaspoon Turmeric 1/2 tablespoon sugar 1/2 tablespoon salt 3 crushed green chillies 1/2 kg Bottle gourd 1/2 cup wheat floor(ata) 1 tabelspoon gram floor(besan) 1 tablespoon oil For Seasoning and Garnish some corriender leaves
